Tibetan Buddhist prayers and mantras have been carved by hand on these stones. In Eastern Tibet, the whole Buddhist Canon (103 volumes) could be found carved on such stones. The Chinese communists have taken it on themselves to scatter and destroy them. Tibet, 1990.
