When the abbot of Shechen Monasteries, Rabjam Rinpoche returned to Eastern Tibet to consecrate the new monastery whose reconstruction, following its destruction during the Chinese Communist Cultural Revolution, thousands of people gathered in front of the temple to receive a blessing.
